The receptionists today were lovely too! The dentist and dental nurse listened to what my concerns were and explained everything they were going to do before they did it - which some practices don’t always do! I've had a number of dentists both in the UK and abroad and Rachel is by far the best dentist I've ever had. She is kind, friendly and always takes the time to explain what she is going to do fully.
